Bookings<\/h5>\n\n

Once you have defined the services and the conditions of the contract, the agent will send by email a settlement where you summarize and formalize the above-mentioned conditions, the amount to be paid and the date of expiry of the offer. The reservation will be considered confirmed once confirming the payment necessary to do so and the client completes the form of data necessary for the proper processing of the same. Rates<\/h5>\n\n

Luggage<\/h5>\n\n

In case of force majeure<\/h5>\n\n

Understood by force majeure to any circumstance beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to acts of nature and\/or God, terrorist activities, insurrection, explosion, flood, storms, strong winds, fire or accident, war or threat of war declared or undeclared, sabotage, civil unrest, labor strikes, diseases, epidemics, pandemics, diseases, and viruses known, unknown, or new, coronavirus-COVID-19 (including any variety of them), state interventions that affect the travel of domestic and\/or international, closure, limitations or border restrictions, weather conditions and any unforeseen circumstances.
The company reserves the right, in case any force majeure circumstances prevent, impede or prevent the provision either on our own or of our suppliers, to modify, delay, postpone, alter or cancel any itinerary including the whole trip under our complete and sole discretion. Responsibilities<\/h5>\n\n

In the case of outsourcing services, the company explicitly states that operates as an agent between the customer and the vendors such as shipping companies, hotels, restaurants, sailing, tourism services, among others. Therefore, disclaims any liability for any deficiency in the services provided by them, as well as damage, loss, theft or misplacement and damage that could occur to the passengers in the people and in the goods howsoever caused that the'origine. Payments<\/h5>\n\n

All confirmed service must be paid in full before the start of the contracted services.Otherwise, the company may cancel the booking of the services and benefits, losing the customer the amount paid for up to that time.

Cancellation fees<\/h5>\n\n

Until 48 hours before the start of the tour: 50% charge of the total value.
Within 48 hours prior to the start of the tour: a charge of 100% of the total value.
The cancellation of a service which involves the cancellation of subsequent services, will give rise to the payment of the cancellation charges of all the services, whichever is the cancellation policy taking into account the date of the first service to be cancelled.
In the event that any of the booked services will be replaced by another of lower value (meaning the same day) will be charged 100% of the value of the services requested in the first term. In the event that you replace it for a service of greater value, the difference will be settled, which must be paid by the customer.<\/p>\n\n

Knowledge of conditions<\/h5>\n\n

Insurance<\/h5>\n\n

We strongly recommend that the above-mentioned insurance include a clause of \u201ccancel for any reason\u201d, the same should be hired as soon as possible after the first payment on the trip.<\/p>\n\n

Use of equipment<\/h5>\n\n

On field trips related to adventure tourism and other modalities, whenever necessary, the company shall deliver to the passenger of the material necessary to the passenger for the activity that will be in perfect condition and the passenger will be responsible for the same in full, to loss, breakage, and any other failure of the same, being forced to pay the amount equivalent to the market price of the material is damaged or lost, or to cover the cost of repair of the same.
